  • Build AUREV, a multi-channel AI concierge platform for luxury travel, end-to-end — architecture, backend services, agentic workflows, and the React and TypeScript operator web app — across WhatsApp, email, voice, and web.
  • Design and maintain an MCP server exposing 25 tools across 11 integration modules — messaging, voice, payments, browser automation, and places — with tenant scoping enforced at the protocol layer.
  • Build multi-tenant retrieval infrastructure on PostgreSQL and pgvector with per-tenant embedding isolation, on async FastAPI and SQLAlchemy services backed by Redis Streams workers.
  • Operate EU-resident infrastructure on AWS ECS Fargate with Terraform, KMS-backed secrets management, and per-client GDPR consent tracking in the data model.

  • Designed in-house lead search, enrichment, email verification, and deliverability/warmup services — operating over a 1B+ lead and 120M+ verified-email corpus — replacing third-party APIs (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Instantly) across the product suite.
  • Developed multi-provider LLM pipelines (OpenAI, Google) orchestrated with LangGraph for research, enrichment, content generation, and assisted campaign execution.
  • Built an agent-ready search API with clean markdown extraction, token compression, and source-aware responses for RAG and deep-research workloads.

  • Built ProTrac, a real-time production-floor tracking system with interactive dashboards and live data visualizations — bottleneck detection, defects-per-hundred-units (DHU), and plan-vs-actual progress — replacing day-late manual reporting with live floor-to-management signals at one of Bangladesh's largest apparel manufacturers.
  • Built TrueSpec, an order consolidation and lifecycle-monitoring system with anomaly detection for raw-material planning — vendor price shifts, missing or duplicate orders, and warehouse-utilization risk.
  • Shipped both full-stack with Django REST Framework, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis; Dockerized deployments with GitHub Actions CI/CD on self-managed Linux and Windows infrastructure.
  • Continued part-time as Technical Consultant after handover — advising on architecture, database optimization, and infrastructure, and consolidating virtualization on Proxmox and Windows Server.
